Computerised posture analysis
As part of our commitment to helping our patients more we have invested in the Posture Pro system.
We are probably the first Osteopathic practice in the UK to use this powerful postural analysis software tool.
The Posture Pro posture analysis system provides important clinical information to the practitioner about patient
postural alignment and the physiological effects of poor posture.
A digital photo can be taken and then using the Posture Pro software the posture is analysed and areas of strain clearly identified.
This can be then presented to you as a printed report and used to help plan your treatment.
These detailed postural analysis reports allow you to clearly see the effects of your posture.
Why is this important to me?
Poor postural alignment indicates increased amounts of bio-mechanical strain on all of the spinal tissues,
and poor posture indicates poor spinal alignment and abnormal function.
